With a scale of 3, it's reasonably easy to use, and both the P and main effects are related to offense and defense.
Both can target you, and ems are easy to hire on business trips, so they're easy to incorporate into combos. Hikkurikaeru exists in a similar card, but it can be differentiated in terms of level.

It tends to be hidden in Higurumi's shadow, but it's also a powerful card.
Not only is it an excellent low scale, but the effect is not bad. In particular, unlike the EM frog of the same lineage, this card is very convenient in that it can be Normal Summoned and resolved on the board in battle. It's 4 stars.

There are many monsters that have a bias toward ATK and DEF, so I think the Pendulum effect works effectively as a combat aid.
As for the monster effect, I think it would be nice to be able to revive "Heroic Challenger Thousand Blade" and connect it to Rank 4 Xyz once it's used.

Higurumi is excellent on his own, but by combining this card, you can incorporate his Pendulum into Em.
As for this card itself, the two effects that weaken Special Summoned cards are both good enough.
Since this card itself doesn't have a very high combat power, it's flaw is that it's difficult to make use of its monster effects on its own.
Is Em a card to use when he wants to incorporate a Pendulum? The specs themselves are quite high.
